*Each snowglobe cup is handmade with care &love. To make sure your cup lasts, I allow it to sit and properly degas before shipping. This means orders take about 2-7 business days to be ready to ship.

*All of our snowglobe cups made with glitter are made with SUSPENDED flow.

*A small air bubble is completely normal and necessary! It helps balance the pressure inside the cup and keeps everything safe and sealed .

*All sales are final. Since every cup is custom made, we cannot accept returns or offer refund.

*When your cups arrives, make sure you shake it! Glitter can settle during shipping, and shaking it brings the sparkle back to life.
