All of our cups are handmade and made to order, which means your item will be crafted just for you once your order is placed.

📦 Processing Time:

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be ready for shipping.

Some cups may ship sooner if they are ready-to-ship, while others require extra time to fully settle (degas) so we can minimize air bubbles in your final product.

We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, while making sure it meets the quality we’re proud of!

📬 Shipping Time:

Once your order is ready, it will ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

🚨 Important Notes:

• You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
• Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
