Refund policy

All of our items are handmade and made to order, which means every cup is crafted just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

✅ What qualifies for a replacement or partial refund:

• Item arrived damaged (with proof)
• Wrong cup or wrap sent by mistake

❌ What doesn’t qualify:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect personalization info submitted
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Air bubbles
